Ispaul (not Paul) came to my house near the lakeshore in etobicoke and serviced my ductless heat pump. He said a simple cleaning would fix the water issues I had been having since it was installed. I paid but the water problem persists and he wont call me back claiming it was "something i did". I understand machines need maintenance from time to time to keep them in good order but perhaps Ishpaul could use some maintenance on his manners and business ethics.

Not recommended. He is just looking to grab your cash and run
