I am a Certified Building Code Official (CBCO) registered with the Ontario Building Officials Assoc. (OBOA) and also a member of the North American Commercial Building Inspectors Assoc (NACBI)

These professional qualifications and the experience of performing over 4,000 paid inspections allows me to offer a service that is above the standard that most companies can offer. We typically inspect a minimum of one large Commercial Property every couple of weeks. We have inspected industrial buildings in the Toronto area over 200,00 sq ft in size and which included sprinklers, back up generators, fire separations and life safety equipement. We have also inspected a number of large Churches located in the Southern Ontario area.

On large projects I bring in a team of experience inspectors, who are all Ontario Building Code experenced and trained to ensure your inspection is performed at the highest level of competance. Our company not only has the education to provide you with an expert inspection but we also have the experience required.
